What size should I specify when ordering my wall mural?
All of our wall murals are made to order, so you can purchase exactly the number of square metres you need to cover your wall. Measure your wall’s width and height in centimetres (for example: 250 cm × 300 cm) and add at least 2 cm extra to both measurements to allow for small irregularities.
How do I measure my wall?
Measure the full width and height of the wall. If the wall height varies, always measure from the highest point. We recommend adding at least 2 cm extra to both width and height, especially if the wall is not perfectly straight.
How will I know that my order has been placed?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer several secure payment options:

- Bank transfer (you’ll receive our bank details by email; please include your order number as the payment reference)

Shipping information
How will you ship my order?
Your order will be delivered via one of our verified shipping partners — FedEx, DHL, UPS or GLS. The courier is selected based on your location and the best available service for your order.
How long is the shipping time?
Shipping time depends on the destination. Delivery to the United Kingdom or Ireland typically takes up to 7 days once dispatched. Deliveries to the US or Canada may vary due to customs processing.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can follow your shipment online at any time using the tracking number provided.
Installation information
What surfaces can I apply the murals and wallpapers to?
For the best result, we recommend smooth, clean, dry, and properly prepared walls. Rough, bumpy, or freshly painted surfaces may affect adhesion. If your wall is textured, we recommend sanding it smooth, wiping away dust with a clean, damp cloth, and allowing the surface to dry fully before installation.
Is wallpaper paste included?
You can choose to add wallpaper paste to your order, or use your preferred adhesive — just make sure it’s suitable for the material you selected for your wall mural.
Can I use murals in a bathroom?
Our wallpapers are suitable for low-humidity bathrooms (for example, a toilet and sink). We do not recommend installation in high-humidity spaces with a shower or bathtub, as excess moisture may damage the wallpaper over time.

Customization
Can I create a custom wall mural?
Absolutely. We can create a bespoke wall mural from your child’s drawing, your own artwork, or high-resolution photographs (image quality is important).
Can I make my own wall mural from an old photo or an image?
Yes — as long as the image is high quality. Resolution directly affects the final print, so we recommend using the highest-resolution file you have. If you’re unsure whether your photo is suitable, email it to us and we’ll confirm if it can be printed.
Can I change the colors of a wall mural?
In most cases, yes. Many of our wall murals are available in multiple colour variants, and for selected designs we can also offer tailored colour adjustments. Simply email us the mural you have in mind, and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Returns and exchanges
What if there is a problem with the mural?
Please inspect your mural before installation, as we cannot offer reimbursement for incorrect installation. If your mural arrives damaged or the print is defective, contact us straight away with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Please note: slight colour variation between what you see on screen and the printed mural can occur due to differences in monitor calibration and the printing process. This is normal and is not considered a defect.
Do you offer returns?
All orders are made to order. If you believe there is a defect, we require:
- a photo of the entire mural laid out flat, and
- close-up photos of the issue.
Murals that have been partially installed are not eligible for a refund, so we strongly recommend laying the mural out and checking it as soon as it arrives.
Would the color of my mural differ from the image on your website?
Colours may appear slightly different from screen to print, as every monitor displays colour differently. If you’d like to check colour and material before ordering, you can request a sample of your chosen mural.
